12-month warranty
Every device sold by VectorPoint Systems comes with a full 12-month warranty, starting from the day it's delivered to you.
What's covered
- Component failure โ battery, screen, ports, speakers, microphones, cameras, mainboard, charging
- Software faults that affect normal operation
- Defects that existed before delivery but weren't caught in QC
What isn't covered
- Accidental damage (drops, liquid damage, cracked screens after purchase)
- Cosmetic wear consistent with the grade you bought
- Damage caused by unauthorised modification or third-party repair
- Loss or theft
How to claim
Email warranty@vectorpointsys.co.uk with your order reference (starts with VP-) and a description of the fault. We aim to respond within one working day.
If we accept the claim, we'll send a prepaid returns label. Once we receive the device we'll repair, replace, or refund within 14 days โ usually faster.
Beyond the warranty
We also offer paid repairs after the warranty ends. Quotes are honest and itemised, and we'll never replace a part that doesn't need replacing.
