Refurbishing, done properly

VectorPoint Systems LTD is a UK-based refurbisher of certified pre-owned electronics. We started because we were tired of "refurbished" meaning "wiped and resold" with no real testing.

Engineer-led

Our workshop is run by certified engineers, not warehouse staff. Every device gets a full 40+ point check on a calibrated test rig before it's listed for sale.

Honest grading

We've all bought a "Like New" device that arrived scratched and dented. That's not us. Our grades are conservative — if anything, customers usually say their device looked better than expected.

Real warranty

A 12-month warranty isn't a marketing claim — it's UK consumer law done right. If something fails, we repair it, replace it, or refund you. No tickets, no script-readers, no waiting weeks.

Sustainability

Every refurbished device is one less new device manufactured and one less old device in landfill. We extend the life of devices that still have years of work in them.
