We collect the minimum we need to send you a device. We don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Name, delivery address, phone (for DPD)
• Email (order confirmations and dispatch notifications)
• Payment card details (processed by our payment provider — we never see your full card number)
• Order history (for returns and warranty claims)

What we don't collect

We don't track you across the web. We don't run behavioural advertising cookies. We don't share your data with marketing partners.

How long we keep it

Order data is retained for 7 years for HMRC compliance. After that it's deleted. You can request earlier deletion of personal data, though we may need to keep some records for legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see what data we hold on you, correct anything wrong, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@vectorpointsys.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
