Terms of sale

The legal stuff, in plain English.

1. About us

VectorPoint Systems LTD is registered in England and Wales. When you buy from us, you're entering a contract with VectorPoint Systems LTD.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email with your order reference (starts with VP-). The contract is formed when we authorise payment and your device passes final QC. Until that point, either side can cancel.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Payment is by debit or credit card at checkout. We authorise (but don't charge) your card at checkout, then take payment once the device passes final QC — usually within 24 hours.

4. Delivery

See our delivery page for full details. We dispatch via DPD with signature on delivery.

5. Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel an order. The device must be returned in the same condition as delivered. See our returns policy.

6. Warranty

Every device comes with a 12-month warranty from delivery. See our warranty page for what's covered and how to claim.

7. Description and grading

We grade devices using our published grading scale. Photos shown on listings are illustrative — your device will match the grade described, but may have minor cosmetic differences from the photo. If a device differs materially from its grade, return it under our 14-day policy.

8. Our liability

Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the device. We don't exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
