QC before dispatch

Every device passes a final 30-minute QC check after your order is placed. This typically takes 6-24 hours. You'll get a dispatch email with tracking the moment your device ships.

Where we ship

UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Channel Islands and Highlands & Islands may take an extra working day. We don't currently ship internationally.

14-day returns

Not happy with your device? Return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The device must be in the same condition you received it. We send a prepaid returns label — you don't pay to send it back.

Faulty on arrival

If anything's wrong straight out of the box, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including your delivery cost.
